Autoimmune suppressi: Tacrolimus or Prograf or Advagraf is an immunosuppressive drug used mainly in organ transplant to reduce organ rejection. It has also been useful in atopic eczema and in severe uveitis ( Inflammation of the colored portion of the eye ) Side effects can be severe. Patient must be under specialty care throughout the treatment. Topical use can cause irritation and burning sensation used for eczema
