Could you explain a hydrocelectomy to me?

Scrotal incision: Surgery best performed under general anesthesia ; as same day surgery procedure so ur discharged home from recovery room (pacu) after operation. Hydrocele sac under skin incised, fluid drained ; sac turned inside out ; sutured to itself behind testicle so that fluid should not re-accumulate, so called 'bottle procedure'. Scrotum closed in layers with absorbable suture. Pressure dressing applied.
