Dr. George Klauber answered
Specializes in Pediatric Urology
Infertility unlikely: Provided penis is of adequate size for vaginal penetration ; urethral meatus is at or beyond coronal sulcus (circumferential groove below head of penis) some men born with uncommonly severe hypospadias ; original opening at back of scrotum or severe post repair urethral stricture can have problems with sperm delivery. Would still have many options if fertility treatment is required.
