See a surgeon: There are many types of mastectomy. Is this for cancer? Is it preventative? Are you BRCA positive. It is a complex issue best discussed in person. I highly recommend you find a breast specialist and a genetic counselor if there is a family history to get recommendations. You will also need a board certified plastic surgeon for reconstruction.
