Unlikely: The first time i took a laxative, i thought i had appendicitis! hopefully the intestinal cramping will pass soon, and you will have a successful result. If the pain goes on for too long (many hours), or if you have a fever, then i would seek medical attention. Next time start with a smaller dose!
