No: The eyedrops which cause lash growth are one of the four types that are termed prostaglandin inhibitors. None of the other types of drops will do this.

No: Only the group of drugs known as prostaglandin analogs which include latanoprost,bimatoprost, travoprost and tafluprost cause eyelash growth and iris pigmentation. Beta blockers, carbonic anhydrase inhibitors,alpha agonists and cholinergic drugs do not.
