Various causes: Dizziness may be lightheadedness(faint like feeling) or vertigo(spinning feeling). The former may be due to low blood pressure, slow or rapid heart rates or anemia. Vertigo is worse with head turning and often is due to inner ear problems. See your pcp for evaluation and testing.
