Reschedule: The dentist or oral surgeon will need to use several doses of anesthetic plus if the extractions are difficult, you may have extended bleeding. If not pregnant, then immediately have them out. If taking a pregnancy test, be sure to read and exactly follow the instructions, and do not take it too soon, or you may get a false negative. Talk to your doctor too.
