Can't tell: Depends on many factors. Frankly, i don't know if there are current mortality data on untreated hodgkins. Hd is one of the most treatable and even curable cancers so only few people go without therapy nowadays, at least in the us. Is this about you? Why would you not want treatment? Think about this well please.

Disease will kill: It all depends on the extent of their disease and the biological characteristics of the tumor itself. Some hodgkin disease is quite aggressive and could result in fatality in a week. Other cases could survive much longer, but it is impossible to know without the specifics and having an idea of how fast growing the tumor is.
