Yes, but unrelated: A woman can have tender breasts the day of conception. She can just as easily have tender breasts the day before conception or the day after conception. The reason is because the conception that just happened does not cause tender breasts that day. Also, her body has no idea that conception has occurred that day. Her body won't know about the conception until a week or so later.
