Be healthy: As long as a person is healthy and well-nourished, his or her lips will be as plump as they were intended to be. Each person has different-appearing lips, which help make us all individually special. There is no "natural" thing to do to make a person's lips more plump than they were intended to be. That means one's lips are already natural, however they appear.
