Infection: Your symptoms are very suggestive of an infection such as a kidney infection. The vaginal discharge suggests a separate problem such as vaginitis. Would recommend you contact your md or go to an er or urgent care facility to be examined, tested, and treated before symptoms worsen further.

UTI? PID? See MD now: This sounds like an internal infection. Pyelonephritis (urinary tract infection involving the kidneys) would fit, except wouldn't normally cause vaginal discharge. Pelvic inflammatory disease or PID -- fallopian tube infection -- may be possible, but usually causes abdominal more than back pain. The main thing is to see a doctor ASAP. Whatever the cause, it could be serious if not treated soon.
