Talk with doctor: There are some meds than can be prescribed and decrease the anxiety level prior surgery. Talk with your doctor and I am sure he will help you:) good luck!

Talk to your Doctor: You didn't mention what type of surgery and whether this was elective or not. It is important that you communicate your concerns with your surgeon. He/she can then determine whether these are normal preoperative fears and concerns or whether this represents something more and recommend treatment or referral.
