Your young: -your young for this condition. I have not seen blisters assoc. With ulcers-see your pcp for further exam ; treatment.

Arterial ulcer: Blisters don't normally occur with an ulcer. The doc that said they do I think meant the skin sloughs, although they can start as a blister. Either way - see your pcp or vascular doc (best ) for assistance - straight away.
