How long after sex i can test pregnancy?

It takes a bit: Typically the most sensitive pregnancy tests are not positive until a few days before the expected missed period. In other words, if your period was normally due april 10th the earliest the test may be positive is april 7th or so. This varies from test to test and woman to woman as well. Don't panic, sometimes it can take a week after the missed period before the test is positive.

Varies: Blood test, which is most accurate can take 6-12 days after conception to give positive reading. Urine test is longer.
