You can not but: Your doctor can , due to training and experience . When crohn's disease involves anorectal area , recurrent fistulas , infections , pain , drainage , local infections are common , make the diagnosis difficult , tissue biopsy ( pathology ) is the only way to distinguish from other conditions.

I eat flour tortillas or country biscuits and my body flares up. I get flush, my heart rate kicks up and I have hemorrhoids that push out and spray blood during bowel movements. Doctor tests say no celiac disease or Crohns. What else could it be?
Had 6 polyps removed during a colonoscopy, but still feel extra tissues at the anus. Must I have another surgery to take care of the hemorrhoid?
