You can not but: Your doctor can , due to training and experience . When crohn's disease involves anorectal area , recurrent fistulas , infections , pain , drainage , local infections are common , make the diagnosis difficult , tissue biopsy ( pathology ) is the only way to distinguish from other conditions.
