Hard to say: Without seeing it. Could be just dryness our a bit of eczema. If dryness amlactin would penetrate and hydrate from inside and not just sit in the surface. If an irritation try an over the counter Hydrocortisone cream then cover with an aquaphor or eucerin for protection. Best to you! hope this helps!
