A member asked:

I am 46, calcium level of 10.2. i have hypothyroidism, hasimoto's, doctor not concerned. other information i have indicates could be thyroid tumor?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Normal limits: A calcium level of 10.2 is within normal limits(8.4 to 10.4). An ultrasound of the thyroid gland could reassure you that there is no thyroid cancer. A proper dose of Levoxyl (thyroxine) will keep your thyroid level normal. Have another calcium level checked with your next scheduled lab work.
