Any: An elevated CRP may be seen in numerous malignancies. However, the CRP is a poor test for the presence of malignancy as it can be normal with even widespread disease.

Any: However, it's a worthless screen. Cancers advanced enough to do this should be obvious clinically. Many folks run a high CRP for no reason -- it's probably genetic -- and this gets everybody upset. If you are asymptomatic and your Hashimoto's is controlled, be thankful for good health.
