I am having issues with trying to conceive. i had the mirena (levonorgestrel) put in nov 2007 and had it removed jan 2013 but i am unable to get pregnant?

So sorry: I'm so sorry you're going through this. The Mirena (levonorgestrel) doesn't cause extended infertility, only the depot Provera shot does. So infertility is due to something else. 33% of time it's female, 33% it's male and 33% it's unexplained. If it's been a year, see a doctor and you and your partner can get a work up for infertility. Don't blame yourself... It could be him, or it could be nobody's fault.
