A member asked:

Can mild dyspnea be the sole symptom of stable angina? meaning mild dyspnea alone happens on exertion regularly? asking hypothetically.

Possible/unlikely: Dyspnea can be the only symptom of coronary insufficiency which is what you're asking. Angina is, by definition, an uncomfortable sensation - if it's not present, there's no angina. Dyspnea, if due to myocardial ischemia, doesn't imply stability. It can be present in stable or unstable coronary syndromes.
