See answer: Most likely causes are either vaginal lining irritation from prolonged intercourse (friction-related) or irritation/allergic-like reaction from any condom, lubricant, spermicidal, etc that is being used. Less likely, but does occur, is local irritation/reaction to the semen fluid itself. Suggest modifying any of the above that may be applicable and see if does not improve or resolve problem.
