How is it not possible to change a female into a male, testicles and everything to in-pregnant a female? you guys can change a man but not a female?

Yes: So far it has not been feasible to make a penis that works and as far as i know, only god can make a testicle.

Penis can be constructed by freeing clitoris (small) or a radial foreame flap with a urethral tube 4 urine, labia sewn together create a scrotum implanted with testicular prostheses. Penile prosthesis can be inserted later. Sperm producing testicles can not as yet be created, perhaps one day from stem cells.
