GYN Exam: Lower abdominal cramps and back discomfort could be due to gyn problems like pelvic congestion. If bowel symptoms also occur the problem may be primarily intestinal. The vaginal discharge may not be related and suggests a vaginal infection. I recommend an exam by your gynecologist for evaluation and advice.
