Not sure of question: If you indeed had safe sex, you should be ok. If you are concerned about irregular periods, an examination by a gyn dr. Would be warranted and birth control can be used for regulating your cycle as well as preventing pregnancy, but remember, condoms should be used as well to prevent sti's. Best wishes.

May be a hormonal: Issue, sometimes your female hormones are not regulated like they should be, please see your obgyn and you need an exam and hormone blood work and there are meds like birth control pills and others to help regulate your period.
