Please Clarify: I have read your question several times and i cannot make out what you mean by 'sperm blockage'. This is not a common diagnosis or descriptive situation that is easily understood. Any man your husband's age that cannot perform sexually should see a physician to find out the reason why and to get on treatment to solve the problem. Men do not have to live like this.
