A member asked:

Is it possible for any old sperms more than a year ago from the intercourse remain in the woman's uterus?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Nope.: Generally, sperm can only live in the uterus or fallopian tubes for about 5 days. But they only remain ACTIVE for about 72 hours. There are no viable sperm anywhere inside of a woman a year after intercourse.
