Why are cramps so painful?

From prostaglandins: Which a is a chemical that produces the cramps. Anti- inflammation drugs, like Motrin advil , anaprox (naproxen) ds and others work to stop the cramps . Also bc pills or Lysteda can work also. You need an exam and get treatment, no need to suffer.
