Yes: A teen could hace chest pain from pericarditis or any valvular disease of heart eg mvp.

Yes: Cardiac pain is generally caused by lack of oxygen delivered to the heart muscle or inflammation around the heart (pericarditis). Adolescents can get pericarditis. The most common cause of lack of oxygen (ischemia) is blockage of the coronary arteries, which is rare in teens, but ischemia can still occur from anatomic or genetic anomalies or arrythmias in this age group.
