Stress can do this: You sound like you've been quite upset about this and that may be part of the problem. In the absence of fertile sperm, you cannot be pregnant but if a negative test will reassure you - have one. Also, an exam by a doctor might find a cause or further reassure you that nothing is seriously wrong. Few women are so regular that a few day delay is unheard of. Check it out and try not to worry.
