Little Pink bumps ?: Sorry, but without actually seeing you and what you are describing, we can't possibly know whether or not this is normal anatomy or something else. Please see your dentist for an evaluation.

PG Arch: You may be looking at the palatine tonsil as they are next to one another and yes it is normal as the tonsils will filter bacteria and at times may be very large.
