Change paradigm: Calories are not equal. A calorie is not the same from meat or vegetables as it is from sugar, even though the numbers may be the same. The best advice for any diabetic is: no bread flour/ wheat flour, no sugar, no starch no hydrogenated oil no artificial sweeteners. You will see your sugar levels decrease and your medication dose decrease. This is your best answer to keep your toes and not die.
