Sinus Headache: To decrease fluid in your sinuses and behind your eardrums, you can first try otc sudafed and drink lots of water. Also, if you have a steroid nasal spray, that might help with eustacian tube dysfunction. Saline nasal spray is also helpful in loosening secretions. Chewing gum, or holding your nose and gentle blowing can help equilibrate the pressure.
