Hair is growing around ringworm, but only one strand in the center of ringworm when can i see real hair regrowth?im not taking oral meds, only shampoo

Be patient: Did you actually lose hair in the area of the ringworm infection because of the infection or the shampoo? It will likely be at least until you are done with the treatment and the lesion of the ringworm has cleared out (add a few weeks more for good measure) and then, things should start filling in. How large of a defect are we talking about? See the picture? Hair is close at hand.
