Maybe: For a severe case, it may lead to unrelenting headaches that do not respond to anything. Talk to an ENT to see if the sinusitis is "real". Meningitis can be happen from ear infection or any type of sinus infection, always a risk. I am not trying to scare you, just saying, if you have this issue, talk to an expert in person very soon.
