Chronic cough: It is likely that your chronic cough is due to chronic rhinitis. Itchy throat, nasal congestion are signs of rhinitis. In the us the most common cause of rhinitis is allergy. It is not normal to have chronic cough. You should have it checked with a local physician to get proper diagnosis and treatment.
