Unusual question: I don't know where you are attending school as such that you are in your 3rd year at age 21 when most us students are still in their junior year. I think the best thing for you would be to find a mentor in your medical school to guide you and set an example. There is no magic bullet and those who do best academically are not necessarily the best doctors.
