Gallbladder: If pain and diarrhea are worse after eating fatty foods, it could be gallstones, or a low gallbladder ejection fraction. Pancreatitis is another possibility, but not as likely. Doc will get abdominal ultrasound to look at gallbladder, if negative, can do an ef study. Feels much better when out instead of pissed off! avoid fried and fatty foods while finding out.
