No circumcision: It would not help and there is no proven data that it would decrease sensitivity. Talk to your doctor about other treatment options.

Maybe yes, maybe no: We cannot predict. Suggest you try other things before getting circumcised, in case circumcision of no help. Such as using local anesthetic gel as penile lubricant to diminish sensitivity. Or squeeze or have partner squeeze hard on penis at first inkling that ejaculation is about to occur. Could also discuss with your dr. Or a urologist medication such as prozac, (fluoxetine) or other ssri type of medication.
