Yes: It seems that you have acid reflux and gaseous eructations not controlled with zantac (ranitidine). This can indicate a complication developing . See your pcp who may prescribe a different class of acid reducer or recommend some investigation like endoscopy. Prptobismal will be a temporary remedy.
