Need workup: If a woman has bleeding from ovulation for at least a week, it is unusual for this to be from only ovulation. In other words there may be another reason for the bleeding, such as polyp on the cervix or uterus, hormones such as thyroid or prolactin being abnormal, for instance. Before doing a treatment i would recommend making sure you know what the real cause is, then can treat effectively.
