It can also happen with salads for some people. If these is pain before the bm, you might want to get an abdominal ultrasound done.

Bowel regimens: It depends if your bowel movements are of a normal consistency. There is wide range of "normal" #/ frequency of bm per day. Eating triggers GI tract movement called peristalsis so many people have strongest urge to defecate after eating. However if this is more an issue of diarrhea or oily stools +/- nausea or abd pain it may be other things to be eval by your doctor.
