Post Op: When you were sent home from surgery you were given some post operative instructions. Included in those instructions was information on when and how to contact the surgeon should problems arise. Also included would be some instructions on normal post op recovery. If this is in some ways unexpected then it is your right to contact the surgeon to make sure this is not an unwanted complication.

Get seen: I'm not a surgeon or urologist, but there's an off-chance you've got a thrombus or (maybe more likely) deep tissue swelling obstructing the outflow of the veins.
