Calcium deficiency: As a young man, neck and head pain after any physical activity are unlikely related to calcium deficiency. There may ongoing muscle and tendon problems in your neck contributing to the pain.

No: Calcium deficiency is not a source of pain from spondilitis. I would recommend evaluation with a rheumatologist and spine specialist to see why you hurt. You may need a cervical spine MRI evaluation.
