Laxatives do not hel: I do not think there is a"best"acne wash for medicine. It varies from person to person which is best for them. Sometimes you have to try more than one till you find one that works for you. You need to see a dermatologist and start with one or two and see how it works out. Remember all acne medicine are meant to prevent pimples. They all take several weeks for maximum effectiveness.Good luck !
