Yes: If the reason you are getting the ct of the abdomen is to rule out an abdominal aortic aneurysm then i would proceed to the table. The benefit of documenting the anatomy and determining treatment far out ways the risk of the ct.

Yes ; Yes: The ct scans of your head have no real affect elsewhere. It's safe to have the abdominal one. The ct is the best method to see the overall size of an aneurysm, but it can underestimate blockages if not done with IV contrast to see the lumen (the opening inside). After you know you have an aneurysm, us may be used to follow it.
