Hyperactive cremaster: The cremaster muscle is the name of the muscle that courses through the inguinal canal and attaches to the spermatic cord and testicle. The cremasteric reflex occurs when the muscle is stimulated causing it to contract and pull the testicle up into the canal. Some younger males have a hyperactive cremaster as you do. Usually insignificant, sometimes uncomfortable, and is less apparent with aging.
