Possibly: Without knowing specifics of your problem or prior treatments tried and failed, all i can say is there are a variety of treatment options available (oral medications, penile injections, bladder instillations, nerve stimulators, and occasionally surgery) to treat the symptoms associated with nerve-related sexual and bladder dysfunction. Recommend evaluation by a urologist.
