A common trigger: Air pollution is a common trigger for asthmatics. The pollution may contain particulates which cause an inflammatory reaction in your lungs and thus the attack. Minimizing exposure by using air conditioners reducing exposure time outdoors etc can be helpful as well. Good luck.
