Bed Ridden state: Most patients who have terminal cancer become quite inactive and bed bound, needing nursing care to feed them and clean them. Organ dysfunction follows and patients become weaker by the day and stop eating and drinking. Terminally they become less alert, sleeepy, unconscious and die.
